This Return Policy explains refunds, cancellations, and access changes for online programs for office workers sold by Gracefuldrflex through gracefuldrflex.world.
Digital Products
Our offerings—including Desk Mobility Essentials ($49), Posture and Focus Sprint ($79), and Executive Wellness Path ($129)—are digital goods delivered electronically. Because content can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are limited as described below.
14-Day Satisfaction Window
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase provided you have completed fewer than twenty percent (20%) of available modules and have not downloaded bulk printable packs marked as non-refundable in checkout disclosures.
How to Request a Refund
Email customer@gracefuldrflex.world with your order confirmation, program name, and reason for the request. You may also call +17133323858 during business hours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Partial Completion
If more than twenty percent of modules are completed, we may offer a partial credit toward another program tier at our discretion, especially when technical issues prevented normal use.
Program Upgrades
Within thirty (30) days of purchase, you may upgrade by paying the price difference between tiers. Downgrades are processed as partial credits if eligibility criteria are met.
Team and Enterprise Orders
Contracts covering multiple seats may include custom refund terms stated in the order form. Unused seats reported within the first thirty days of a rollout may qualify for prorated credits.
Technical Failures
If streaming outages attributable to our platform exceed forty-eight (48) cumulative hours in a billing month, affected users may receive extended access or proportional refunds upon verified support tickets.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve issues promptly. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be closed.
Non-Refundable Items
Live executive Q&A sessions that have already occurred, third-party processing fees, and bespoke filmed content created specifically for your organization are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Access After Refund
Approved refunds terminate login access and license to downloadable materials. You agree to delete copies obtained during the evaluation period.
